I’ve recently tried the biscuits and gravy and their signature cinnamon roll latte and one of the seasonal lattes for Valentine’s Day. The biscuits and gravy was perfect. Lattes were delicious too. The staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is better since the new owner (former owners never had any music playing and it was strangely quiet). I also love the new seating options.

Oh my god, I seriously cant get over the food. Its delicious and life changing. The coffee is amazing, all of the items are freshly made with organic materials as well. The food is all made by the owner who comes up with the recipes herself. Everything is unique but absolutely amazing. The bread is like a cloud. The coffee is the perfect blend of sweet and coffee flavor. She makes so many things like homemade poptarts. I seriously cant leave better feedback i feel like words dont express it.

Where to begin?! A cozy, pleasant, hidden gem of Brighton, Cinn-A-Brew does not disappoint! With an ambiance almost as charming as the new owner and staff, this place really hits the spot! It offers a wide variety of coffee and beverage options to choose from, which is perfect for myself and neophiles alike. It allows you the freedom to be adventurous or to find the precise libation to compliment their amazing baked goodies, which are most definitely my favorite aspect of what this place has to offer. The various bread puddings alone will keep me coming back for more. But, I would be remiss if I did not also mention the delicious cookies, cinnamon rolls, muffins (both sweet and savory), breakfast burritos, and plethora of other delicacies. EVERYTHING I have tried here has been nothing short of astounding. It has quickly become the highlight of my early mornings and will be a staple to my morning routine for the foreseeable future!!!

This was my second time in the cafe and I was impressed the owner remembered my favorite drink! I ordered the biscuits and gravy and OMG!!! Best I have EVER had. I had a pineapple upside down cinnamon roll… and wow! Just WOW!!! Also, the snickerdoodle reminded me of an elevated blonde. It too, was divine! Thank you for blessing my life with your talents and also ensuring the food I eat has been sourced from fresh farms and locally just makes me love this place even more!!!!

This was an incredible find for a coffee shop! They serve skillets, burritos, and biscuits and gravy. The bakery items are incredible and the blueberry cinnamon roll is a must try! The coffee tastes great and what you would expect from a place that feels like home.

First time to visit. Got a 12oz drip and a ham burrito with green chili. So much flavor! Will be back to try the biscuits and gravy and eventually that humongous cinnamon roll!

We met the owner’s son at Summerfest, and he recommended we stop by and try their coffee shop. It was absolutely worth the drive! We ordered a Campfire Sunshine coffee and a cinnamon roll, and both were amazing. The owner’s husband greeted us at the door, was incredibly friendly, took our order, and had everything ready in just a couple of minutes. The cinnamon roll was soft, fresh, and literally melted in our mouths. Great coffee, great service, and such a welcoming atmosphere—we’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A lovely, cozy spot tucked away in a shopping complex. We stopped in later in the day on Sunday and were welcomed in with plenty of delicious smells and options. It’s very cute, with plenty of tables and a reading nook! According to the man who helped us, they recently remodeled and the menu has expanded. There are gluten free options, as well as alternative milks, smoothies, and more protein-forward options if cinnamon rolls aren’t your thing. I enjoyed a classic roll- the dough was soft and fluffy and the cream cheese frosting was generously applied and not too sweet. My husband enjoyed the maple glazed and their breakfast burrito. The coffee was fresh and well brewed. My husband chose the seasonal apple spice drink which was a delight. This is a great option for coffee, breakfast, or lunch, and good for kids and adults alike. I recommend giving it a try, especially after a cozy Sunday sleep-in!

Everything is made in-house. We got the house made HOT pocket which came with fresh green chili. The Pumpkin Date Bar with no added sugar, dark chocolate. A Chai with Oat Milk, and a double espresso. All was delicious. To sit, savor, and enjoy.

This is such a cute little place and everything tasted AMAZING. They also sell other fun items from what I assume are local vendors. The vibes were definitely vibing. Try the blueberry cinnamon roll! Thanks Cinn-A-Brew for being a great part of our Colorado trip!
